About Me.

My name is Kristopher Miller. I am a graphic designer / web designer / screen printer / property manager / husband / father living in the Queen City (Buffalo, NY.)  I am currently the Lead Designer at The University at Buffalo Libraries and on a contract basis with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie County for web and print material.

My background includes designing for companies in the fields of higher education, technology and non-profit.  While I still do a lot of print material for various clients, my focus lately has been on HTML5 and CSS3. I feel it’s a real exciting time to be building websites, with browsers like Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera pushing the web forward.

When I am not doing design work, I am spending time with my beautiful wife and daughter.  I enjoy a great craft brew, playing roller hockey at least a couple times a week, working on our Queen City home, silk screening and some good indie/brit rock music.

About this site

I decided to re-design my portfolio site with WordPress so I could post my work and ramblings easier.  I’ve also incorporated all my social networking contact info at the top of the site.  Feel free to contact me anyway you see fit. I’m going to try and post random things at least 2 times a week.  Since this is my personal site, sometimes you might see it broken as I tend to experiment with CSS and HTML.
