Buffalo vs Everybody Exhibition
My largest exhibition design and installation to date. I worked directly with the University Archivist on this project. It definitely had it's challenges (installation), but was a lot of fun designing and installing. The exhibition consists of artifacts, video of old football games and a 35' x 10' super graphic. A description of the exhibition is below
Spanning several decades, the Tom Borrelli UB Football Programs Collection reveals the extensive history of the Buffalo Bulls. Utilizing imagery from these programs, Buffalo vs. Everybody highlights the explosive growth of graphic design in the post-World War II era, from iconic covers of stoic athleticism to the zeitgeist in creative advertising. Mementos, artifacts and photographs from University Archives complement the exhibit and provide tangible evidence of over 100 years of UB football history.
Collegiate sports at UB began in 1894 when 14 students formed the University’s first football team. By 1896, the Bulls were a local force in Western New York football.
